A Decoupled Blockchain Approach for Edge-Envisioned IoT-Based Healthcare Monitoring

The in-house health monitoring sensors form a large network of Internet things (IoT) that continuously monitors and sends the data to nearby devices or server. However, connectivity these IoT-based with different entities leads security loopholes wherein adversary can exploit vulnerabilities due openness data. This is major concern especially in healthcare sector where change values from course diagnosis which cause severe issues. Therefore, order prevent tempering preserve privacy patients, we present decoupled blockchain-based approach edge-envisioned ecosystem. leverages edge create blocks blockchain so as securely transmit nodes. nodes then store at cloud using incremental tensor-based scheme. helps reduce duplication huge amount transmitted IoT network. results show effectiveness proposed terms block preparation time, header generation tensor reduction ratio, approximation error.
